Our Third Anniversary: Win an I-Pad!

KFP Investors is now celebrating the conclusion of our third year in business. To memorialize this achievement, we want to share good things with you, our network! I'll tell you more about it below, but first, please indulge me in a brief walk down memory lane.
July 2021- KFP Investors LLC was registered with the IRS and the TN Secretary of State
September 2021- Our National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) license went live
October 2021- We closed our first investment real estate loan
December 2021- We closed $1MM in loans in our first calendar year and hired our first employee: Jennifer Wells, Branch Assistant
February 2022 - We hired our second Loan Originator: Steve Weaver
March 2022 -The Fed began dramatically increasing interest rates, with 2022 to conclude seeing the highest rates in 15 years. What a great time to have a brand new mortgage business!
June 2022 - Our first newsletter was distributed
August 2022 - We introduced 40 year term fixed rate DSCR loans to deal with rising interest rates, and hired our first Loan Processor: Kerry Webb
December 2022 - We closed $10MM in loans in our first full calendar year
March 2023 - Our YouTube Channel was launched: Lender Chat
June 2023 - We saw our incredible Processor, Kerry Webb, launch Webb Mortgage Enterprises and we got to be her first client
December 2023 - We closed $9MM in loans, which was quite an accomplishment considering 36% of originators leaving the industry in 2023 due to widespread slowdowns and lender closures.
March 2024 - KFP Commercial was launched, a sister company specializing in SBA and agency debt
May 2024 -Jen West and Kris Fleming merged, resulting in KFP Investors LLC and Wild Fig Financial LLC
July 2024 -Aunt Sally LLC was soft-launched, a sister company managing private equity in investment real estate
August 2024 - KFPlnvestorsLLC.com is refreshed and relaunched
KrisFleming.com is available for booking speaking engagements and customized consulting for real estate investors and those who work with them
